@soulbeattv Chuck Johnson and Soulbeat TV are the first Cultural Strategist-in-Government in District 7. We will be archiving legacy stories of District 7, speaking to Councilmember Reid, and highlighting experiences of D7 residents. We invite YOU - residents, business owners, community leaders, and youth of District 7 - to participate in this project. Join us to discuss the challenges of living in District 7 while sharing ways in which we can build a thriving community and economy for future generations to come. The space is awesome and very unique. It blends the artist performance space and tech startup culture with Oakland’s edginess and beauty.

You get the professionalism and capacity to get high level work done but without the pretentiousness and sterileness of a traditional tech work setting. Cost was also pretty reasonable and probably much cheaper than comparable spaces.
